This client base now numbers just under 200, (as at November 2008), all of whom are small businesses in their own right. The geographical spread of clients is mainly concentrated in the area from Kilmarnock in North Ayrshire, down to Stranraer & Newton Stewart in Wigtownshire. However, we also have clients who have re-located and now operate from bases in the far north of Scotland. In 2005, Gary joined "Accounts Plus", a network of independant accountants operating throughout Scotland (see links page). This forum allows members to network regularly and discuss areas of common interest. Gary, along with Kathleen his very able administration support (who also happens to be his wife), realises that in the current commercial & economic environment, clients are looking for more and more financial services and advice from their accountant. To this end, from October 2008, we have introduced a wide range of additional financial services, such as mortgage and non-investment insurance broking (see headed page).
